They must be proactive and have prior negotiating experience, as well as innovative planning to implement and improve OTD, cost reduction as well as inventory reduction.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements: Requires strategic planning to improve supply chain efficiency reduce inventory, and reduce costs Implement strategic plans to drive improvements among all metrics of performance Manage supplier relationships, track performance, communicate supplier performance feedback Negotiate with vendors for best pricing and contract terms Increase product knowledge, as well as market trend knowledge Plan and execute supply chain projects Managing large quantity of SKUs and suppliers Job Qualifications: 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain Management Bachelors degree preferably Business Management, Purchasing, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management Experience working in a multi-tasking environment that is proactive and result driven Excellent communicator, written and verbal Experience with negotiating and analytical skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
